Shipping policy
How long after placing my order will my item be dispatched?
Your order will then be dispatched within 3-5 working days if the item is in stock. You will receive an email with the tracking details once the item has been despatched.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Orders for the personalised ranges are submitted to our artisans on the 14th of each month. The items will then be delivered approximately 3-4 weeks later. Please note, if you miss the cut-off date of the 14th, your order will be added to the next order cycle and then despatched once it arrives. If you need something sooner, please email us and we will be happy to help you.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
We may make it possible to order items through our website before we have them in stock (“Pre-Order Items”). When you order Pre-Order Items we will aim to have them delivered within thirty days of the date of your Order Confirmation. If for any reason it will be longer, we will email you to keep you updated. We will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation when we have sent the Pre-Order Items out to you.
Please note, your items will be despatched at the same time if an item you’ve ordered is on pre-order and not in stock at time of order.
How much is delivery within the UK and how long does it take?
Shipping prices are applied at time of checkout.
All Nell and Digby items are sent via Royal Mail first class signed for, with the exception of personalised items and laundry baskets. Personalised items and laundry baskets are sent via next day courier, the cost of this is included in the price of the personalised item.
We offer a flat rate UK standard shipping rate of £6 for smaller and single items. Please note, if you order more than two items, the shipping charge will be £8. The shipping cost for jewellery is already included in the price of the item.
Shipping takes 3-5 days following dispatch and a signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do deliver overseas. Costs for smaller items are:
£20 Royal Mail tracked and signed for to Europe
£35 Royal Mail tracked and signed for to America and Australia
